You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you want to return it, and another 14 days to send it back. It needs to come back unused and in its packaging. Return postage is yours unless the model arrived damaged or wrong.
Concrete travels well but it is not indestructible. If yours arrives chipped or broken, send us a photo within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you in full. You will not need to post the broken one back.
You can cancel a preorder for a full refund at any point before it is dispatched. If a batch does not reach its minimum order count, everyone in that batch is refunded in full.
None of the above affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
